Return Policy:
No refunds after 30 days from date of invoice or without prior approval.
10% Restock Fee on all returned supplies.
Software replaced only with same item if defective.

Designs are sent in PES format.

If another format is needed, please ask.

There are 61 files . Each design is in 4x4 and 5x7 plus one in 6x10.

The designs were created to be stitched on black to look like "Neon Lights"

Because these designs were created like real "Neon Lights" there are

jump stitches where one light would stop and another light would start.
