The office will be closed while traveling to Novi, MI and Chantilly VA for 2 shows.  We will be closed from September 20 through October 5.  During this time, no orders can be processed.  All orders will be shipped as soon as possible after October 5.

If your order is crystals only, and the package is going to either Australia, New Zealand, or Canada, chances are I can send it to you for the regular $3.00 shipping that is automatically charged to everyone.

 
All others...The order will go International Priority with Insurance and Delivery Confirmation.  There have been so many problems with packages disappearing and never making it to their destination that I am not willing to take the risk anymore.

 
ALL SHIPPING, INSURANCE & CONFIRMATION WILL BE BILLED AFTER YOU HAVE PLACED YOUR ORDER BASED ON ACTUAL COSTS TO GET IT TO YOU BUT NOTHING WILL BE SHIPPED BEFORE THE POSTAGE IS PAID.  IF THE POSTAGE IS NOT PAID WITHIN 24 HOURS OF BILLING, A FULL REFUND OF YOUR ENTIRE ORDER WILL BE SENT.

When ordering a heat tool, please be aware that you will need an adapter to use it with your current...You do not need a converter, but just an adapter.
