Neckline Kit with Swarovski Hot Fix Crystals
The below kit is what was used throughout 2007 in all hands on classes I tought.  The kit has the pattern, mylar for creating your own motif, stencil material if you want to make a stencil, instructions and crystals to create one shirt and is available in 16 colors.  Hundreds of shirts have been made with this pattern and none of them look alike.  Here are some samples of shirts made in classes.  You can do it too with the simple instructions that come with the pattern.  The pattern is not sold without the crystals.
