It is not necessary to fill
out the order form if you are using PayPal or a Credit Card by Phone. The
only reason to use the Order Form is if you are sending it via U.S.
Mail...Otherwise...your order is just a phone call or E-mail away. |

Using Credit Card:
Please call
(910) 397-9061. If I don't answer, just leave a message and I will call
you back as soon as possible. If I have your credit card on file already,
you can either leave a message or send me an e-mail with the items you would
like to order. Do NOT put your credit card information in the E-mail.
It is not a secure sight. In order to use your credit card that I have on
file, the E-mail must come from the same e-mail address as you gave me when I
first got your credit card. If it is different, I will not charge the
account, and will contact you.

By PayPal:
Simply click on the payment tabs
next to each item and send the
order when done shopping. If you do not have a PayPal account, you will be
prompted to input the information to set up an account or you can now just pay
with a credit card without setting up an account.

Shipping for all orders is $3.00 within the United Sates. There
is also an additional charge for
designs to be sent on mini CD and will be seen on each design page.. |

Need faster delivery? There is no option on
the web site for you to have your order sent faster than regular US Mail.
IF I am not at a show, I can certainly work with you to ship it US Mail
overnight or priority for an additional charge. If you have your own Fed
Ex account and want your package sent that way, I can help you and if you want
the package sent Fed Ex without your own account, there will be an additional
$6.00 pick up charge along with the Fed Ex cost. With whatever faster way
you choose, a phone call or e-mail will be necessary. If I am out of town,
I will not be able to get it to you until I return. If you sign up for my
newsletter, you will always have at least 1 weeks advance notice when I will be
gone. |
Return Policy:
No refunds after 30 days from date of invoice or without prior approval.
10% Restock Fee on all returned supplies.
Software replaced only with same item if defective. |
